The data import feature lets you add, update, and delete or archive records in an application with data you've set up outside the application. Any user with permission to add records to an application can use data import once it's been set up for the right object(s) by an Intelex System Administrator. The data source, which is where you set up the data you'll use to update Intelex, can be an Excel spreadsheet, a CSV file (like Notepad) or an Intelex report.
