Email notifications are the link between your EHSQ system and your users; you can use them to let users know what they need to do and when it is due, and let supervisors know what their staff are supposed to be doing or what’s late, and finally, alert managers and inspectors when serious exception events have occurred. This interactive session will provide you with the building blocks to create and maintain notifications in your Intelex System. You will then explore how to trigger that notification when a user is assigned a task or use it as a reminder and attach it to a schedule.
