Most companies have a safety inspection program and involve a good number of employees doing this. In order to get the best return on that investment of time, energy and resources, establishing a consistent methodology is necessary.

This session will focus on the reasons why SafetyNet is being used and what the expectations for participation and process improvement are. Successful programs thoroughly define an inspection strategy which includes which checklists are used for which process, which processes are observed and who is actually performing the observations.  Besides simple participation, the topics of consistency, approach methods, counting rules, severity determination and other best practices will be discussed.
